An intimate and elegant experience, designed for those who wish to experience the sea in a different way, without sailing, but immersed in an exclusive atmosphere.
Under the starry sky and surrounded by the quiet of the harbor, Chef Marco welcomes guests on board and guides them through a true personalized gastronomic journey. The menu is arranged in advance, based on preferences, desires, and culinary experiences, to create a tailored dinner.
The proposal includes a complete menu from appetizer to dessert, prepared directly on board and accompanied by a selection of carefully chosen Sicilian wines. The chef guides guests in defining the culinary journey, with the possibility of choosing proposals inspired by local tradition or great classics of Mediterranean cuisine reinterpreted in a contemporary style.
Each dish is designed to highlight quality ingredients and tell the story of the territory through taste, in a private and relaxed setting. The dinner lasts approximately two hours, during which you can enjoy the unique view of the Cala, with the city lights reflecting on the water and creating an intimate and evocative atmosphere.

The experience designed for those who wish to experience the sea with slowness and taste, transforming a day on the boat into a true private gastronomic journey.
Departure is from the Cala of Palermo, with direct boarding at the mooring from the tourist pier. The meeting point is in front of the White Ape Moto.
The navigation route follows the same itinerary as the Full Day Tour Palermo and Surroundings, with stops along the Addaura coast, in Mondello bay, at Capo Gallo and Isola delle Femmine, alternating sailing moments with breaks dedicated to swimming and relaxation.
What makes this experience unique is the presence on board of Chef Marco, who accompanies guests throughout the day and takes care of every detail of the lunch.
The menu is not predefined: it is created together with the guests, based on their tastes, dietary preferences, and the type of experience desired. Before the outing, Chef Marco arranges every proposal, creating a lunch designed exclusively for those on board.
Lunch is prepared directly on board, highlighting quality ingredients and paired with selected wines, water, and coffee. The rhythm of the kitchen follows that of the navigation, to ensure a relaxed, elegant experience without rigid schedules.
