Description

A Top All-Inclusive experience, curated in every detail, for an unforgettable day among crystal-clear sea, good food, and a refined atmosphere.

We depart from Cala, with boarding directly at the mooring. You can access the boat directly from the tourist pier. The meeting point will be in front of the WHITE MOTO APE (Latitude 38.12.18, Longitude 13.36.86).

10:30 AM – Departure
Boarding from Palermo Marina Yachting – Trapezoidal Pier, meeting in front of the Morettino Lab Cafè.

Scenic coastal navigation heading to Mondello Bay, during which we will admire:

• The passage of the evocative Grotta della Regina
• The ancient residence of the Florio family
• The characteristic fishing village of Arenella
• The historic Tonnara Bordonaro (1300)

After about 40 minutes of navigation, arrival at the splendid Mondello Bay, famous for its crystal-clear sea and shallow, sandy seabed.

11:30 AM – Seaside Aperitif

Aperitif with Aperol Spritz and a rich assortment of snacks:

Pizza, chips, peanuts, Ritz crackers, crisps, olives, cheeses, cold cuts, and crostini.

1:30 PM – Gourmet Lunch On Board

Lunch served comfortably seated at the table with a large individual plate for each guest:

• Tabbouleh-style couscous with seasonal vegetables

• DOP Buffalo Mozzarella on valerian salad with yellow and red cherry tomatoes

• Crostini with almond cream, sun-dried tomato, and marinated anchovies

• Eggplant caponata with basil

• Rustic flatbread of typical seasoned bread

• Cube of aged Parmigiano cheese

• Steamed artisanal tuna with lime on orange

• Parma ham and Cantaloupe melon

• Swordfish marinated with Sicilian citrus and toasted pistachios

• Mini arancini (meat and butter flavor)

(The menu may vary based on market availability, and a gluten-free or vegetarian version is available.)

Followed by:
Typical Palermitan sweets, espresso coffee, and limoncello.

4:00 PM – Toast and Fresh Fruit

Rainbow of fresh fruit served beautifully and Italian DOC Brut Sparkling Wine for a toast at sea
